Privacy & your choices.

Your saved music

Saving a release keeps its identifier in this browser on this device. You can remove individual releases from Saved music. Clearing website data in your browser also removes the local collection. Your saved collection is not uploaded to an account.

Release studio drafts

The studio keeps your current plan in memory while you work. It writes a draft to this browser only when you choose to save it on this device. A draft can include the artist name, release title, dates, links, notes and checklist choices you enter. You can restore or remove that local draft in the studio. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to open it.

Accounts and cloud copies

Accounts and cloud saving are not available on this website yet. Your collection and release drafts stay in this browser unless you choose to export or share them. The local collection and release studio work without an account. The account page shows the current availability.

Exports and sharing

Downloads contain the information shown in your collection, release brief, campaign calendar or press kit. A share or copy action only runs after you choose it. Review the content before sharing a downloaded file or copied text with someone else.

Embedded players

YouTube and Spotify players are not loaded automatically. Selecting Load player connects to that provider, which may process your IP address and device information and use its own cookies. Closing the player removes it from this page, but does not clear cookies already set by that provider.

External links

Links to music and social platforms open their own websites. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Website services

There is no newsletter subscription or contact form on this website. No advertising pixels or marketing analytics have been added. Hosting services may process technical access logs.
